Event Greeter - Welcome Families and Provide Directions/Information

Description

This volunteer opportunity will help welcome families arriving to receive school supplies.  Volunteers will ensure families are arriving for their registered date/time and will provide information regarding event logistics and available resources.

Notes

  • The first 15 minutes of volunteer shifts will be utilized for training and understanding the flow of the event.
  •  The last shift scheduled on Friday (4:45pm - 7:30pm) will be assisting with restocking and preparing for Saturday after the event close.
  • The last shift scheduled on Saturday (1:45pm - 4:00pm) will be assisting with teardown and cleanup after the event  close.
