Join the North Liberty Community Pantry Garden Team! No gardening knowledge necessary!
We are looking for volunteers to help with basic skill activity stations at the Growing Together Garden. Periodically throughout the growing season, the Garden hosts educational events for Pantry clients and community members to learn basic gardening and cooking skills. At each event, we need volunteers to help direct participants through activities. Instructions for each activity are simple enough to learn 10-15 minutes prior to the event.
Join our Garden Team by attending Garden Volunteer Orientation on Thursday, June 2nd 5-7 PM at the North Liberty Community Pantry (89 N Jones Blvd).
The Growing Together Garden is a project of the North Liberty Community Pantry that seeks to educate about gardening, healthy eating, and cooking skills, to grow produce for the Pantry shelves, and to cultivate community.

Requirements:
Prior to volunteering you must sign our Confidentiality Agreement which protects client families and volunteers
